MANILA - There will be no classes in all levels and no office work in Metro Manila on Tuesday, August 20, 2013.
Due to continued rains that resulted in heavy flooding in many areas, authorities took the cue from DOST in declaring no work and no classes in the entire National Capital Region.
PAGASA meanwhile has raised the rainfall alert level from Yellow to Orange.
According to DOST, torrential rain showers was recorded at an intensity of over 30 mm/hr in the Bicutan area.
Knee deep up to neck level flood is being experienced along Sucat road in Paranaque.
